I bet Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s family is feeling pretty darn vindicated right now.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth another woman’s well-being to get there.

When I heard the news that Brown’s ex Nick Gordon had been arrested on charges of domestic violence and kidnapping an adult, I was speechless. Which isn’t good for a writer who is supposed to sit down and write about 300 words to tell y’all what went down. But just when you thought the situation with Gordon couldn’t get any stranger…
Basically, the charges assert that Gordon beat up his girlfriend on Friday night, landing her in the hospital. When she filed the police report, she told authorities that Brown wouldn’t allow her to leave the house when she tried. She was only able to get out of the house when she woke up Gordon’s mother, who also lives at the residence.
In case you forgot, this is the same guy who was ordered last November to pay more than $36 million in damages to the Brown family after he was found to be responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s death.

According to E! News, the Brown family lawsuit alleged that Brown “died due to a violent altercation” with Gordon, “after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”
The family won the lawsuit, and Gordon is still under criminal investigation in the case.
Gordon, for his part, denies any wrongdoing. He’s also apparently going for the same strategy in the case with his new girlfriend, too. TMZ reports Gordon is claiming he didn’t hit his girlfriend. In fact, he claims that she attacked him and that he wants to press charges against her.
I’m sorry… what?!

I feel like this is the part where we should repeat the fact that her injuries were so substantial that she went to the hospital. TMZ even has pictures.
There’s sure to be more updates in the coming days. Hopefully, justice will finally be served for both of these women.
