In our increasingly digital age, it’s getting harder and harder to keep our information private.
That goes double for celebs, who are specifically targeted by hackers on the regular. We don’t know if a hacker was to blame for this, but a video of Blue Ivy Carter dancing is taking the internet by storm, and it appears to have been posted without the permission of her parents, Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

The video, which shows 5-year-old Blue dancing to “Just Do It” by The Execs while mom Beyoncé looks on, has a watermark that reads “@tarajiXone.” This is the handle of a private Instagram account that promises “Candid + Retro Pictures/Videos of Taraji P. Henson!” in its bio. The video is very intimate — Bey can be seen off to the side watching and smiling while Blue dances. And the Carter family is notorious for keeping this kind of thing private and under wraps, so the likelihood that they authorized its release is slim at best.
People on Twitter are already realizing that and starting to point it out, even though the video is still spreading through shares.

This is a private family moment why are you posting it. Bey already doesn't get enough privacy. WTF

Girl I saw that video and immediately went to Mrs. Carter's account to check for approval. I felt guilty seeing it without her permission.

The bottom line is that Blue Ivy is a child, and even though her parents are famous, she deserves some privacy in her life. Sharing this video without the permission of anyone in the Carter family is not OK.
