Remember when “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit’ It” was the anthem of the year? Yeah, that was in 1997. Since then, the Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff have been basically silent. Until now, that is. At Blackpool’s Livewire Festival, the two took the stage together, and while they performed their classics, obviously, including “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit’ It,” “Men in Black,” “Miami,” “Girls Ain’t Nothing But Trouble” and “Just the Two of Us,” they also dropped a brand-new track on the surprised audience.

Smith addressed the crowd first, telling them that he and DJ Jazzy Jeff had been working on a new song “that you haven’t heard yet,” and that they wrote it in response to the “chaos and confusion” in the world.

We didn’t know Smith had new music on the way, but he did just appear on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke series, so we probably should have seen it coming. Here’s hoping there’s a whole album in the works and not just this one track.
