In some of the first exciting new celebrity-couples news of 2018, we can finally confirm HGTV star Christina El Moussa has a new man in her life, and he’s a big ol’ British hunk. Oh, and he also works in television and he’s a father, and wow, is your heart skipping a beat too? Or is it just me?

According to Us Weekly, El Moussa’s new boyfriend is Ant Anstead. The mag, like the rest of the world, got curious about their relationship status when El Moussa posted a very cute photo of the pair riding bikes together on Jan. 1. El Moussa captioned her snap with this cute sentiment: “Congrats to this guy @ant_anstead His show, #WheelerDealers airs in the UK today! #HMF.”

It’s not an outright confirmation of their relationship, but with El Moussa apparently talking about going on a double date with nutritionist Cara Clark in the comment section of the photo, plus the fact that it stands to reason the pair probably met through TV-related connections, and there’s really no other reason for Anstead to appear on El Moussa’s Instagram, we could probably place a solid bet they’re a couple. Plus, it’s still early in 2018; our hopes are high where good things happening are concerned.

The same logic applies to Anstead insofar as he and his family have no immediate reason to be spending the holidays in Newport Beach, California, aside from the off chance he’s either dating El Moussa or he and his brood randomly decided to go to Newport Beach (I’m betting it’s a mix of both these theories to be honest). He’s spent the last week or so posting photos and videos from his vacation in California on Instagram, and while he looks like he’s having a grand ol’ time, I can’t help but wonder whether El Moussa is taking the video posted below or maybe ducking out of frame and playing coy with us.

Regardless, she was kind enough to post that adorable bike photo for us all to ogle, so we’ll take what we can get. And now that we’ve finally seen the man who’s probably dating El Moussa, we can get to know him a bit better too. Anstead’s been hidden away in the U.K. all these years, so don’t worry if you’re not all too familiar with who he is right off the bat. As El Moussa noted in her photo, Anstead is currently the cohost of the show Wheeler Dealers, airing on Discovery U.K. He has also made a name for himself as a car designer and artist, although TV presenting now seems to be his bread and butter.

According to People, Anstead split from his wife, Louise, in July 2017. Since splitting with Tarek El Moussa, Christina has been linked to businessman Doug Spedding, although that relationship reportedly fizzled in October 2017. Since then, she’s been keeping it fairly low-key, but I’ve gotta admit: This “new relationship glow” she has about her is a good look. Let’s hope it’s here to stay.
