In my humble opinion, Jennifer Aniston deserves nothing but the best on her birthday. The woman can do it all and does indeed do it all, so why shouldn’t she be treated like the very special human she is as she turns one year older? As such, I was very happy to learn Aniston got what I can only imagine was her only birthday wish on Feb. 12 when she was able to ring in her 49th birthday with her friends by her side at her friend’s home in Malibu. Sounds pretty lush, right? But what if I told you there was a mini Friends reunion at this very casual birthday hang because the person who hosted the party is not only Aniston’s friend, but in fact a former Friends star? That kinda makes this whole birthday party sound a whole lot better.

Even though Aniston’s actual birthday is on Feb. 11, she and her pals had a cute little get-together the day after that looked very chill, and even better, the birthday party was hosted by one Courteney Cox. Yeah, that’s right: just a casual birthday party where both Monica and Rachel were hanging out and basking in the glory of their friends. You guys, I can’t even deal right now.

One of Aniston’s friends, Aleen Keshishian, posted an adorable Instagram of Aniston, Cox and the rest of their friend group posing outside for a photo to remember the good times, and gosh, everyone looks so radiant. Note to self: Plan all your birthdays to happen in Malibu. Keshishian captioned the photo with a sweet, simple message, saying, “#happybirthday to my sister from another mother #jenniferaniston [heart emoji] u so much!”

Aniston not only got to hang out with her longtime friends and former Friends costar, but she also got a birthday shoutout from Reese Witherspoon on Instagram. The two first worked together way back in the day on this hit ’90s TV show and are preparing to work together again on a new show about morning television hosts that was picked up by Apple.
Witherspoon posted a screen-cap of the pair from their Friends days and posted an equally sweet birthday message: “Happy Birthday to my work sister #JenniferAniston!! Wishing you a day filled with lots of love and laughter! #HBD.”
