You don’t have to tell Blake Shelton that his support for girlfriend Gwen Stefani is bordering on obsessive. He wears his superfan status like a badge — even though he jokes that his behavior could make him look like a creeper.

Last week, Stefani started her Las Vegas residency, which is clearly a big deal for her. And apparently, a pretty big deal for the tall drink of water she keeps company with these days too.
“So far @gwenstefani has performed 3 shows in Las Vegas,” Shelton wrote on Twitter Monday. “I have been to 3… #stalker.”

Shelton’s joke is all in good fun, of course, because this couple hasn’t been shy about their affection for one another since they started dating in 2015.

Earlier in June, Shelton couldn’t help gushing about his girl on Twitter, saying, “Setting here watching @gwenstefani rehearsals, it continues to shock me the amount of GIANT hits this girl has written.”

But while Shelton and Stefani have always been pretty forthcoming about their relationship, an indirect member of their relationship hasn’t found the couple to be an easy topic of conversation.
During an interview with Hits Daily Double published on Tuesday, Miranda Lambert admits she wasn’t ready to discuss her split from Shelton or his new relationship for a long time. Rather, she wanted people to pull her feelings and her pain from her cathartic album, The Weight of These Wings.

“When the music was out, people had listened, I got on the phone for the first interview. First question was, ‘How do you feel about Gwen?’ I hung up,” Lambert said, noting that she told her manager she couldn’t continue.
“What was in the music was real, and I wanted people to get it from that. Take from it what they would,” she revealed. “Then if I needed to talk, I would. But I haven’t really. Until now.”
