Apple Martin Stuns in a Sheer Slip Dress & a Bold Red Lip at New York Fashion Week

Apple Martin is embracing her It Girl status at New York Fashion Week.

The 20-year-old daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay’s Chris Martin stepped out in New York City on Feb. 5 for an Hourglass Cosmetics party celebrating the launch of its Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm.

Martin was back with a bang after a somewhat controversial appearance at a Parisian debutante ball back in November. At Wednesday night’s event, she stunned in a slinky black slip dress with a low-cut neckline and a sheer lace bust. She styled the look with a black choker necklace and black leather boots. Martin wore her blonde hair in soft, loose curls and for her makeup, she sported a bright red lip and light eyeliner.

Martin, who is reportedly a student at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee, wore Hourglass’s Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm in Red 0, Confession Lipstick in Red 0, Shape & Sculpt Lip Liner in Incite 7.

Martin was a VIP guest for the night alongside model Amelia Gray Hamlin, daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin, and actress Eiza González. Paltrow’s oldest kid has become a fashion week staple since first stepping out at Paris Fashion Week to attend Chanel’s haute couture show in January 2023.

Martin has been inching further into public life, even making her society debut at the Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris on Nov. 30, 2024. At the glamorous event, Martin wore a custom baby blue Valentino gown and was joined by her famous parents, younger brother Moses Martin and her maternal grandmother, Blythe Danner.

Martin attended the event alongside some other celebrity offspring including Nicole Ari Parker’s daughter Sophie and Sophia Loren’s granddaughter Lucia Sofia Ponti.
