Kylie Kelce Carried on a Controversial Tradition at the 2025 Super Bowl

Kylie Kelce isn’t letting fans know who she’s rooting for at the 2025 Super Bowl and she doesn’t care who it bothers.

The podcaster and wife of former NFL player Jason Kelce might be the sister-in-law of Kansas City Chiefs tight-end Travis Kelce but that doesn’t mean she’s rooting for the Chiefs in their game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

For the second year in a row, Kylie opted for neutral colors as she watched Travis and the Chiefs play in the Super Bowl. This year, as she joined Jason, Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift and other stars in a VIP box at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Kylie wore all black with no glimpses of Chief’s red or Eagles green but we’re betting it’s a day filled with mixed emotions due to her Pennsylvania roots.

Kylie, who married Jason in 2018, was born and raised in Pennsylvania and started dating her now-husband during his time as a center for the Eagles. She opened up about her struggle with who to root for in a Jan. 30 episode of her podcast.

“I think that the opportunity to play for such a historic milestone is incredible to be able to potentially witness,” the “Not Gonna Lie” host said. “Travis has been there for his entire career. He has worked so hard and put in so much time that I am truly, as always, cheering Travis on. And I love him. He’s my family, so I will always cheer on Travis’s accomplishments and hopefully successes.”

She continued: “I was raised to bleed green. I have friends who are still associated with the team. I have a close relationship with a lot of people in the Eagles organization. I get to live in the Philadelphia community and will also be cheering for the success of those people… Ultimately, the plan is to go to the game and to cheer,” the mom-of-three, who has a fourth on the way, said.
