Dax Shepard & Kristen Bell Got the Best Gift From Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis

Choosing just the right gifts for your loved ones can be hard, especially when there are so many options that could make their holidays shine. When in doubt, going for something personal — or better yet, personalized — can at the very least guarantee a great story shared between you. That’s what Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis did for their gift to Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell this year, and the results are totally priceless.

On Saturday, Shepard posted a photo of himself and Kutcher, his longtime friend and current costar on Netflix’s The Ranch, holding up a shower curtain in the attic set of Shepard’s podcast, Armchair Expert. The shower curtain bears two familiar faces: Kutcher’s and Kunis’, blown up to larger-than-life proportions.

“What a generous Christmas gift from the Kunis-Kutcher family,” Shepard wrote in the photo caption. “A beautiful shower curtain for the attic(t) bathroom!”

It’s a pretty hilarious gift considering how far back these couples’ friendships go. In the early aughts, Shepard starred on Kutcher’s infamous MTV series Punk’d in which he frequently pretended to be well-meaning strangers (like valet drivers or waiters) in pranks pulled on celebrities like Justin Timberlake and Pink. When he and Bell started dating, he even appeared on an episode with her in which she was the target of the prank.

Bell and Kunis have also been friends for years; the pair costarred in Forgetting Sarah Marshall in 2008, then went onto star in Bad Moms and its sequel, A Bad Moms Christmas, in 2016 and 2017, respectively. During promotion for Bad Moms, the two friends went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where their husbands crashed the set to give them flowers for Mother’s Day and then play a riotous game of never have we ever. Naturally, the love and fun times this foursome shares is palpable, making it all the more enjoyable to see them hanging out any chance we get.

Now that Shepard has a nice reminder of Kutcher and Kunis to look at every time he uses the bathroom, we have to wonder: Will he and Bell offer up a gift with their own faces on it next holiday season?
