At Sunday’s 91st Academy Awards, the Star Is Born costars performed “Shallow” from their film. Their duet was one most everyone was looking forward to. As soon as they stepped onto the Oscars stage, Gaga and Cooper captivated viewers both in the audience and at home. There’s no denying Gaga and Cooper have amazing chemistry whenever they’re channeling their characters from A Star Is Born in addition to when they sing such a powerful song from the film.
That said, it’s important to remember that their relationship is purely platonic. Many fans have been wishing the two would become a couple, which is extremely unfair since Cooper is in a committed relationship with Irina Shayk.
