Meghan & Harry Celebrate Anniversary With Stunning Never-Before-Seen Wedding Photos

Not sure if you’re aware, but May 19 is an internationally celebrated holiday: it’s the wedding anniversary for Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry. It was one year ago today that the world watched Harry barely hold his tears back as an ethereal Meghan walked down the aisle at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, just down the road from their new home at Frogmore Cottage.

In honor of the special day, the couple’s official Instagram account released a video montage of never-before-seen photos from their wedding photographed by Chris Allerton and Joe Short. Set to a recording of the Kingdom Choir’s soaring rendition of “This Little Light of Mine” from their recessional, the photos give a snapshot of the couple behind the scenes on their big day. “Happy one year anniversary to Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex! Today marks the one year anniversary of the wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” the Instagram caption read.

The caption goes on with a special message from Meghan and Harry: “The selected song ‘This Little Light of Mine’ was chosen by the couple for their recessional. We hope you enjoy reliving this moment, and seeing some behind the scenes photos from this special day. A message from The Duke & Duchess: Thank you for all of the love and support from so many of you around the world. Each of you made this day even more meaningful.”

The new parents have so much to commemorate this year, having welcomed baby Archie just 13 days ago, days before Meghan’s first Mother’s Day.
