There are lots of new twists and turns planned out for Big Little Lies season two but maybe the biggest twist of them all is the fact that Nicole Kidman‘s daughters will have cameos in a BLL episode. Usually shielded from the public eye, Sunday, 10, and Faith, 8, will be making their acting debuts on one of the biggest shows of the summer — and we can’t wait to see how they do. Lucky for us, proud mom Kidman has already spilled the beans on where you can spot them as you watch BLL.
Kidman first spilled the beans about Sunday and Faith’s cameos back in October 2018 while on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Now, we’ve got better intel on when we’ll be able to see them. During a Good Morning America interview on Friday morning meant to promote the upcoming season of BLL, Kidman revealed where Sunday and Faith’s cameos happen: “You see them fleetingly in the classroom scenes.” The Kidman girls are now Otter Bay students? Color us very intrigued!
Kidman also opened up about how special it was to bring her girls to set to watch her work.
“I’ve always said this, there’s something wonderful about bringing your children to work, and them seeing what you do, and them being a part of it, and being interested and curious and feeling like it’s theirs as well,” she remarked.
Kidman didn’t share whether she’d be open to having the girls cameo in future projects or if she’d allow them to do any acting in the future. From what we’ve been able to gather over the years, Kidman and husband Keith Urban have worked to give their daughters as low-key and normal a life as possible when you have two celebrity parents. The family currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with Kidman candidly sharing among other things over the years that she is raising her daughters to be religious but “questioning.” But overall, Kidman really does keep information about her daughters private, not even showing them too often on her Instagram — which made their recent appearance on the ‘gram so exciting.

BLL season two will be a total nail-biter and we’ll probably be too worried about whether the Monterey Five’s secret about how Perry died will get out to pay attention to background characters. But if you do manage to tear your eyes away from the main drama, make sure you keep an eye out for Sunday and Faith since it’s so rare that we get to see them.
