It seems like Miranda Lambert has a new tattoo for husband Brendan McLoughlin. The country singer debuted the huge new tat on her forearm on a recent stroll around New York City with her hubby. Listen, we don’t want to tell anyone what to do with their bodies but, uh, Lambert’s new is major. As seen in the photo below, Lambert’s new tattoo covers the majority of her right forearm. There’s a heart at the center of with some other details that are hard to make out. But eagle-eyed fans have noticed there are two “M”s on both side of the heart, which many believe to be a reference to Lambert’s new married name, Miranda McLoughlin.
Lambert has yet to show off the ink on her social media or address it directly, which means that it’s either a very fresh tat that she’s still waiting to reveal to the world (sorry sis, those NYC paparazzi beat you to the punch on that) or she’s letting everyone speculate while she enjoys it on her own terms. Lambert allowed to do whatever she pleases; don’t get it twisted, but even the teensiest bit of clarification on what this very large, eye-catching new tattoo is about would be much appreciated.

Lambert and McLoughlin tied the knot in a low-key ceremony sometime in between late 2018 and early 2019. The pair had a secret wedding in the countryside with reps for Lambert confirming the wedding happened a couple months before she announced it on Instagram on Valentine’s Day 2019. McLoughlin is from Staten Island, New York and is (or was) a police officer with the New York Police Department. Lambert and McLoughlin have been pretty guarded around details of their relationship, though we know they met back in November 2018 when Lambert was performing on Good Morning America and McLoughlin was on duty guarding the performance.
She may be keeping details about her relationship to McLoughlin off the record for now, but Lambert is certainly comfortable letting this new tattoo do all the talking for her. Do you think McLoughlin has matching ink?
