The show may be called Flip or Flop, but that certainly can’t be said about the relationships of the stars at its center. HGTV star Tarek El Moussa’s girlfriend, Heather Rae, has met his kids with Christina Anstead, and we’re fan of the amicable relationship between these exes. According to Entertainment Tonight, this is El Moussa’s first significant relationship since his and Anstead’s split in 2017.
El Moussa and Selling Sunset star Heather Rae were spotted kissing on a yacht in June. Now, the HGTV host s finally ready to spill the beans about his new relationship, telling ET: “Yes, I am [dating]… I was very lucky to have met the lovely Heather Rae.”
El Moussa and Anstead, the stars of Flip or Flop, finalized their divorce in 2018 and quickly moved into new relationship. Anstead remarried later that year with TV presenter Ant Anstead, with whom she’s expecting a child with. Her and El Moussa share two children, Taylor and Brayden, who have already met Rae. “I introduced her to my kids last night for the first time,” El Moussa told ET. “My mom, my dad, my mom’s husband, my sister. So, we’re doing it! Very excited.”

The one person who hasn’t heard about the new relationship, though, is El Moussa’s ex, which even he admits is laughable considering he’s announcing his love on TV. “That’s probably a talk I should probably have pretty soon. Like, probably today, considering I’m talking about her on TV now. She’ll probably find out I think? Yeah, I think I’ll give her a call,” he said.
Despite the upcoming awkward conversation, El Moussa certainly seems to be in love. He admitted to ET that he never expected to find love again and that Rae “just makes me feel really good and happy. I was sad for a very long time; I was alone for a very long time, and I feel like she’s really brought me back to life, which is very, very fun to say.”
