We love a good celebrity family portrait, but this one nearly didn’t happen. Kim Kardashian West shared the first photo with all four of her kids, and joked about the process of trying to corral them for the quick picture.
During their vacation in the Bahamas, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star assembled her brood for an adorable snapshot. Kardashian West and husband Kanye West’s children got together with mom and posed on the beach — well, sort of. The image appears far more candid than pre-planned, as Psalm, 3 months, Chicago, 19 months, Saint, 3½ and North, 6, gathered around their mom for a picture.
The photos, which were shared to Instagram on Wednesday, feature Kardashian West and her two daughters wearing practically identical swimsuits, while Psalm and Saint rocked very similar dark green cargo shorts and swim trunks. “Bahamas Pics Coming Up,” Kardashian West captioned the image. “I thought taking a pic with three kids was hard OMG this is almost impossible!” Having all four kids in the photo was definitely no small feat. Chicago and North seemed far more interested in the sand than posing for the family photo. Another image showed North wearing what appeared to be a bandage on her leg, but the reality TV star clarified to a since deleted comment, “She wanted to wear that.” A fascinating choice of accessory for sure.

Kardashian West has been blessing her followers with some great family content for quite some time. Earlier in the week, the mom of four shared a video to her social media platform of Chicago handling a snake like it was no big deal. “My brave girl Chicago,” the mogul captioned the post. Another post showed three of her kids, with two giving each other some serious side-eye.
But now that she’s discovered the key to getting all four of her kids to look at one camera, smile, not blink and not squirm away — no small feat, indeed, as any mom of even one child can attest — we hope to see more family snapshots that include all of the adorable West kids.
