The Rock got married on August 18th, but it seems like the wedding gifts keep coming to us — in the form of gorgeous photos. Dwayne Johnson has taken to Instagram to share two darling wedding photos of his middle daughter, three-and-a-half-year-old Jasmine “Jazzy” Lia, and more details of her role as flower girl on the big day, and it’s just the latest in a string of lovely images and words that the newly hitched actor and his wife, Lauren Hashian, have shared. Frankly, if these don’t add some happiness your day, well, we’re not sure what will.
Johnson captioned one photo: “Wedding day flower girl is a big responsibility and one that Jazzy took very serious. In the few minutes before the ceremony we took to practice, I quickly realized she was determined to not gently lay the flowers, but rather intensely throw the flowers with ruthless aggression ~ and a wicked smile. Hell. Yeah. That’s my daughter!”

He also shared details about how Jazzy took a spill, but didn’t let the stumble faze her — and The Rock dropped some major parental wisdom in telling the story: “This moment was a cool & critical (and beautiful) microcosm for a much bigger thing in her life – you will stumble and fall. We all do. But be accountable, get back up, dust yourself off, laugh and keep on going down the road,” he wrote, adding, “Proud of my lil’ girl’s instincts.”

We’re hardly surprised that The Rock’s daughter is resilient — nor are we surprised to read such a smart lesson tucked inside a sweet Instagram message. Like we said, when it comes to The Rock, the gifts just keep giving.
