They’re ready to walk down the aisle! Jennifer Lopez & Alex Rodriguez’s engagement party in Los Angeles was a family affair with all their children, and it couldn’t have been sweeter. The actress and singer, who is riding the wave of the announcement that she’ll perform at next year’s Super Bowl halftime show with Shakira, spent time with her future husband and their children — Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, 11, and Rodriguez’s daughters, Ella, 11, and Natasha, 14.
The couple posted three photos from the party, including a darling photo with two of their daughters. In that one, Emme hugs her mom from behind, while Ella has her arm around him Rodriguez.
On her Instagram story, Lopez also shared a group photo of all the children coming together. The resemblance among all the kids is striking, considering they’re definitely not related, but — we’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Lopez and Rodriguez’s four children all look as though they could be actual siblings, and we’re confused (and delighted).
The happy couple also shared a pic of themselves stealing a smooch, and another featuring Lopez looking adoringly at Rodriguez. Lopez thanked and tagged singer-songwriter and author Carole Bayer Sager and her husband, Bob, for giving the family “the most beautifully elegant night.”

It has been fun to see this family come together, and both Lopez and Rodriguez have already expressed that their kids will play a big part in their wedding. Rodriguez has been there for Lopez’s children every step of the way, including the time when Emme joined her mom on stage during Lopez’s recent world tour. Plus, the couple isn’t against adding to the brood. During a recent sit-down, Lopez expressed interest at having kids with Rodriguez.
Time will tell on how the Lopez/Rodriguez brood expands, but we can’t wait to see their wedding play out. If we know J.Lo, it’s going to be epic.
