We all know Kelly Ripa can’t resist a good throwback pic, and we’re certainly not complaining. Ripa posted a throwback #MCM of herself and Mark Consuelos as young lovers, and the black-and-white snap is nothing short of swoon-worthy. This couple has seemingly been madly in love (and strikingly gorgeous) since Day 1 — and if we were Kelly Ripa, we’d have our Instagram feed be a shrine to Consuelos’s rugged good looks too.
Ripa posted a simple caption alongside the glamour shot of the couple: “Babies in black and white #magic 🎱 #mcm.” (For the uninitiated, MCM = Man Crush Monday.) We’re completely obsessed with this throwback photo, and the comments prove we’re not alone, with several of Consuelos’s Riverdale co-stars writing in to voice their approval. “Wow,” wrote Camila Mendes, who plays Consuelos’s daughter on the show. “Awwwww,” Marisol Nichols, his on-screen wife, added.
The love isn’t just coming from Riverdale stars. Fans of the couple are commenting on the post to express how much they love following Ripa and Consuelos’ journey. “I have watched you since [All My Children],” one fan wrote, referring to Ripa’s role on the classic show. “It’s been such a joy to watch you just continue to blossom and find your joy.
