Why Friends Behati Prinsloo & Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Don’t Give Each Other Parenting Advice

After initially meeting as young teenagers, Behati Prinsloo and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have found their way back to each other as friends. And what do they have to thank for that rekindling of their relationship? Well, they can thank their kiddos for rekindling their bond.

The Transformers: Dark of the Moon star told Us Weekly at the Revolve Awards that she and Behati grew up together. “I’ve known her since we were 15, 16, starting out in London as young models and then we moved to New York around the same time… and then we both moved out to L.A.”

The new mom continued, “Since we’ve had our children, they play together, we get together. It’s very sweet to see all these years go past with the different stages we’ve gone through.”

The pair may be mom friends — but they don’t tell each other how to parent. Huntington-Whiteley says that’s just bad practice as a rule.

“I always like to steer clear of giving anybody advice because I find motherhood and womanhood is really about sharing with one another,” she said. “It’s talking about your own experiences and being really honest.”

Prinsloo shares children Dusty Rose, 3, and Gio Grace, 21 months, with husband Adam Levine. Huntington-Whiteley shares two-year-old son Jack with her husband, Jason Statham.
