Kylie Jenner’s Grandmother Shares Why She Thinks Her Granddaughter Split From Stormi’s Father

After breaking up in October, there has been a lot of speculation as to why Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner called it quits — and now, Kylie’s grandmother is sharing why she thinks the two split. In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Kylie’s 93-year-old grandmother Esther Jenner says that the real reason the two stars called it quits was due to Scott’s inability to settle down.

Esther said that Kylie broke things off with Stormi’s dad after realizing he was not going to marry her. “Kylie and I keep in touch, we both have iPhones and Facetime. She puts the baby on FaceTime and I can see her progress, she’s a darling little child. I was sympathizing with Kylie a short time ago about the breakup with the baby’s father [Travis],” Esther began.

“Kylie just smoothed over it real quickly, [saying] ‘We’re both going to be good parents to her’ like in defense almost.” The outspoken grandmother admitted that she believes the Sicko Mode artist should have gotten down on one knee sooner, which could have helped him avoid Kylie tossing him to the curb. “But that’s what happens really, so often. Young people today, they think they can live together, start a family together, without being married, it doesn’t work! I don’t know,” Esther continued.

While the credits on their love story are rolling, Kylie still insists she and Travis are amicable and co-parenting Stormi with ease. The reality star said, “Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi!! Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”
