John Stamos just had a major #dadwin moment — and he was so proud of his cute kiddo, he had to share it with his 3.3 million Instagram followers (as one does in the modern age of parenting). The Full House alum and dad to one-year-old son Billy took to social media to post a short video of his baby walking past a black-and-white portrait of Elvis Presley, leaning against a wall of windows — just at toddler height.
In the clip, we can hear Billy say, “dada” as he points to the image of the rock icon. Just to make matters explicitly clear, Stamos asks Billy from off-camera, “Who? Dada?” And yes, Billy obliges and repeats: “Dada.”
Who remembers that Stamos’ Full House character, Uncle Jesse was obsessed with the King? So needless to say, Stamos found the comparison to his lookalike highly flattering. The proud papa captioned his Instagram clip, “Billy, no matter how many children I have, you will always be my favorite.”

Stamos and his wife Caitlin McHugh welcomed their son into the world in April 2018. Billy is named after Stamos’ father by the same name. Back when Stamos shared the first pic of his son to Instagram, he wrote, “From now on, the best part of me will always be my wife and my son. Welcome Billy Stamos (named after my father) #NotJustanUncleAnymore #Overjoyed.”
