Ricky Martin Shares a Rare Daddy-Daughter Photo Featuring His Precious Little Girl Lucia

Ricky Martin just shared a rare photo of daughter Lucia, and you might say she’s one of the “mane” loves of his life. The 11-month-old girl — who’s wearing a hooded lion towel — is the singer’s second-youngest child with husband Jwan Yosef. She’ll be turning one on Dec. 24 (which, fun fact, also happens to be Martin’s 48th birthday). So, maybe her dad is feeling extra sentimental, prompting him to share a second photo.  Either way, we’re not complaining. The sweet daddy-daughter moment has us all in our feels.

Martin took to Instagram on Wednesday morning to add the cute snapshot with Lucia to his feed. In the photo, he’s holding his daughter, and she’s staring straight into the camera with her big, beautiful blue eyes. Martin captioned the post, “La dueña de mis sueños.” In English, this translates to “the owner of my dreams.” But thanks to the song “La Duena De Mi Suerte” by Colombian vallenato group Binomio de Oro de América, we know that the Spanish phrase effectively means “woman of my dreams.”

How sweet is that? Martin clearly adores his daughter who, in addition to turning one in a few weeks, recently became a big sister — the singer and his spouse welcomed son Renn into the family in October. Martin and Yosef also share twin sons Matteo and Valentino, 11.

Martin has only shared one other photo of Lucia on social media. Back in August, he posted a cute pic of little Lucia looking summery in a floral top and striped shorts. For that caption, he opted for the Spanish phrase, “La luz de mis ojos #Lucia,” which translates to, “The light of my eyes.”

Although Martin hasn’t shared many photos of Lucia just yet (give it time — she’s not even one!), he often speaks of his daughter. At the Latin Grammys, he hinted to ET that the little girl may follow in her famous father’s footsteps. “You should see beautiful Lucia clap and she dances… She’s got the rhythm,” he gushed.

And at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner in Washington, D.C., this September, he mentioned his daughter when he accepted an award for his LGBTQ advocacy. After giving a little shout-out to the twins, the proud dad called Lucia the “light of my life.”
