Christmas is right around the corner, and sweet little Prince George is counting down the days. In fact, the 6-year-old has already penned his Christmas list which details exactly what he hopes to see under his tree come Dec. 25. Prince William opened up about his upcoming holiday plans — including what he wants to get for his very excited son — on A Berry Royal Christmas special on BBC, hosted by Great British Bake Off’s Mary Berry.

“George has already written his list for Father Christmas,” the Duke of Cambridge shared of his son. As for what he and wife Kate Middleton plan to gift their oldest child? Possibly something that will help enhance his love for art and sports. “He loves his drawing – he’s a very good drawer. We might get him something for drawing. Or football. He is loving his football as well.”
But it’s not just drawing and football that George is interested in. Back in November, at the Royal Variety Performance at the Palladium Theatre in London, the Duchess of Cambridge dished on her son and daughter, Princess Charlotte‘s love for the performing arts. According to a source who spoke with Kate directly, the brother and sister love to put on shows around Kensington Palace.

The little one’s interests have certainly changed since his birthday over the summer, in which he reportedly asked his parents for items that will help him explore nature and the outdoors. “He loves nature and building things,” a source previously told Us Weekly. “[He] has asked for a pair of binoculars for birdwatching and an electric kids’ car, which many of his school friends have.”
