Lady Gaga isn’t exactly known for being shy. But when it comes to rumored new boyfriend Michael Polansky, she’s been uncharacteristically quiet — and their latest pre-Super Bowl outing has fans more convinced than ever that these two are the real deal. Gaga has been single since her October breakup with audio engineer Dan Horton, but with Polansky on the scene, all that could change.
Gaga and Polansky were first spotted together on New Year’s Eve, when The Las Vegas Review-Journal confirmed the singer was with a man named Michael all night. Gaga was in Vegas performing at Park MGM’s Park Theater on New Year’s Eve, and several attendees confirmed she was kissing and holding hands with the man later identified as Michael.

On Super Bowl Sunday, Gaga was spotted again with the mystery man — but this time, we got a close enough look to identify him as Michael Polansky, San Francisco-based entrepreneur. Photos and videos from the night show Gaga affectionately holding on to him as they walk past paparazzi, and dancing next to him as they watch Jennifer Lopez and Shakira’s halftime show.

Page Six reports that Gaga and Polansky met through Facebook co-founder Sean Parker. Polansky runs Parker’s philanthropy group The Parker Foundation, and is especially engaged in their Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.
“Michael is a really smart guy, a very serious guy, who has always been low key. People are saying Gaga would have met him through events Sean Parker has hosted at his house, including the launch and other events for the foundation,” a source told Page Six. “Sean also had a party for his birthday in LA in December and both Gaga and Michael were there.”
Now that Gaga and Polansky are officially out in the open, we’re hoping Gaga will let us know how it’s going with her new man.
