When Channing Tatum was a single man, he probably didn’t spend Sunday afternoons posting Instagram recaps of his time at the nail salon — but now that 6-year-old daughter Everly is in his life, there’s no place he’d rather be. Tatum posted a series of photos from his pedicure date with Everly, and we’re melting over their father-daughter bond.
Tatum posted to Instagram on Sunday afternoon — one of the few stars whose feed wasn’t totally overcome with Oscars content. “Time for a little tlc for these bad boys,” he captioned one pic of daughter Everly’s feet. “These dogs are a barking!!”
The next snap showed Tatum’s own feet along with a grimacing cartoon: “She’s gonna need the power tools!” Next, the daughter of the Magic Mike star looked through color options. Dad Tatum kept the captions coming: “It’s going down,” he wrote, adding a “treat yo’self” GIF.
Tatum shares Everly with ex-wife Jenna Dewan. The couple split in 2018 after nearly nine years together, and now co-parent Everly as they move on in new relationships. Tatum’s girlfriend Jessie J has met Everly, and Dewan is expecting a second child with boyfriend Steve Kazee.
In January, Tatum commented on how Everly was handling their split. “In my opinion and experience, Everly has appeared to adjust to our separation and living in two homes exceptionally well,” the 21 Jump Street star said in a court document. “I believe that she will thrive even more with structure and consistency because she is happy and more relaxed when she knows a plan.”
