Tia Mowry’s Toddler Raided Her Mom’s Pantyliners for an Art Project — Because, Quarantine

While most kids are making art projects with finger paint or construction paper, Tia Mowry’s almost-two-year-old daughter, Cairo Tiahna Hardrict, recently made an art project of sorts out of pantyliners. I mean, kids can be “bored in the house and in the house bored” just like their parents, right? We can’t expect them to use every color marker in the rainbow and play with all of their toys without exploring their homes for new materials to make use of.

The mother of two seemed to have no problem with her daughter keeping busy with her intimates. Mowry posted a photo to Instagram of the hilarious scene in her bathroom, with the following caption: “Well, I was gonna say ‘no’, #cairo, but then again, we gotta keep them busy right! #quarantine #week #6 #keepswimming.”

Ultimately, we’re glad she didn’t say no because then we would not have this picture to get us through the day. Her followers couldn’t agree more. “Art is Art,” one fan commented. “Lol. Why not? Who doesn’t love stickers,” another commented. Others, of course, found this super relatable. “My daughters stuck all mine to the bathroom floor 😩🤦🏾‍♀️. Got to love these sweet babies!!!! Lol!”

This isn’t the first time Mowry shared something about her “non-traditional” parenting style. In 2019, she admitted that her and husband, Cory Hardrict, were still cosleeping with their then one-year-old. “My son was in our bed until he was four,” she told People. Some people might judge her for marching to the beat of her own drum, but she’s doing what’s best for her family — even if that means fewer pantyliners in her bathroom cabinet.
