Mother’s Day might be coming up, but Jenna Dewan is proving that it’s never too early to appreciate the dads out there. In a sweet new photo of fiancé Steve Kazee and their two-month-old son Callum Michael Rebel, she expresses every once of gratitude for her family — and well, it’s too sweet for words.

The father and son are both asleep with the most peaceful looks on their face. Kazee is resting his head on his forearm, while baby Callum sleeps soundly on his dad’s elbow as they nap face to face. And while it’s the week to celebrate all of the moms out there, Dewan was feeling the moment to express her appreciation for Kazee.
“Seeing you become a father is one of the greatest things I’ve ever witnessed. The depth of emotion you feel, the love you share, the insane ability you have to do it ALL for all of us..we are so lucky.” She wrote.
Dewan already went through the parental first moments with daughter, Everly, 6, with ex-husband, Channing Tatum but for Kazee, every dad experience is new for him — and she gets to watch and feel all of those overwhelming emotions from a different perspective.
This isn’t the first time she’s praised her husband-to-be either gushing about sharing her birth story: “The awe in his eyes of experiencing birth for the very first time, and the first time he laid eyes on our son… He was crying the whole time and he cut the umbilical cord. Seeing his transformation of becoming a dad was one of the best things I’ve ever witnessed.”
And if she’s already giving dad Kazee props a month before Father’s Day we’re looking forward to seeing what’s in store come June.
