‘Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist’ Returns Tonight — Here’s How You Can Watch It

After a hiatus, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist returns for a mid-season premiere tonight at 9 p.m. EST on NBC. If you don’t have cable, you can live stream it for free on fuboTV or watch it the next day on Peacock.

Max (Skylar Astin) and Mo’s (Alex Newell) restaurant, Maximo, is finally opening in tonight’s episode. It isn’t a stress-free event, though. Although the two have learned how to work together, they’ll have to solve some problems as the restaurant throws open its doors for the first time. Mo, will also have to contend with a new romantic interest, who she’ll meet in tonight’s episode.

Meanwhile, Zoey (Jane Levy) is processing the grief of losing her father. She sets up her telescope for a meteor shower to honor a pact she made with her father years ago and some unexpected friends show up to support her.

Don’t think that there won’t be any musical numbers, though. This week the cast tackles Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud” and gets the whole musical number down in a single take. That’s so impressive.

Plus, Broadway legend Bernadette Peters returns to guest star as widower Deb.
