If anyone was wondering how Donald Trumpwas handling his four indictments, look no further than the 31 videos he posted on Truth Social in five hours on Thursday. The former president ranted and raved about everybody from President Joe Biden to Fox News, holding everyone but himself accountable.
It’s almost as if Donald Trump wanted to become a content creator because it looks like the videos were scripted and read from a Teleprompter. He was prepared to deliver his message, even if many of the topics were totally unhinged. They might have been more effective if he had spread them out instead blasting them all out at once. Take a page from Gen Z, Donald, they know what they are doing with the platforms.
The former president, who opted out of the first Republican Party debate last week, claimed that the Fox News event was “one of the lowest rated ever, if not the lowest.” (Spoiler Alert: That is a false statement.) He just wanted to brag that his counter-programmed interview with Tucker Carlson was so good that it beat the ratings of Oprah Winfrey’s tell-all with Michael Jackson. Guess what? It didn’t. The truth doesn’t matter to Donald Trump because he feels empowered by his loyal voters that the election was stolen, and these criminal charges are all a “witch hunt.”
As his late former wife, Ivana Trump, said to People in 2020, “He’s not a good loser. He doesn’t like to lose, so he’s going to fight and fight and fight.” That’s exactly what Donald Trump is doing, but the message is being relayed in a less-than-effective way. The former president sees his business and political empire crumbling before him and he’s going to insult everyone around him instead of understanding that he’s the one who got himself here.
