In early 2023, the notoriously private A-list couple, Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin, squashed all breakup rumors when he ran through the concert venue to blow her an air kiss at the VIP box (and she adorably, excitedly waved back at him). Yet again, for months after that viral moment, fans have wondered how the two are doing. But these new photos prove they’re still going strong!
In photos obtained by DailyMail from Oct 1, Johnson was seen with her mother Melanie Griffith at the Coldplay concert at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. Yet again, the Fifty Shades of Grey actress shows her support for the Coldplay frontman by attending another one of their shows (and this time, with her mom who has shown her support for their relationship in the past)!
Johnson has been seen numerous times, happily dancing along at a Coldplay show, and these photos show the tradition is still going strong!
The pair started dating in 2017 after being set up by mutual friends, and six years later, they seem more in love than ever. They moved in together in 2021. Despite not telling fans much about their relationship, people can’t get enough of it when they are a smidgen of details about their A-list romance.
Not only has Johnson attended many Colplay concerts and directed a music video, but she even helped Martin improve the shows by introducing him to SubPacs (a device that helps the hearing impaired enjoy the shows by letting them feel the vibrations of the music)!
Martin talked about it on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast, saying, “Dakota, my partner, gave me one as a gift because she saw someone online experiencing whatever they are experiencing with this. It’s kind of like body armor that you put on. It connects to the bass… So, if you’re hearing impaired, we have an area where you put on the pack and you can feel the show.”
