Joe Jonas is practicing some self-love amid his ongoing divorce from Sophie Turner. In a post shared to his Instagram story, the singer showed off an affirmation he might be using to get through this challenging time.
In a photo that appears to be taken backstage during his ongoing Jonas Brothers tour, Jonas is seeing standing in front of a mirror with a message on it that reads: “I am at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.” In the photo, Jonas tagged Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, where he played a show on Monday night.
Jonas, 34, has been battling some pretty fierce backlash since early reports of his split from Turner, 27, emerged. The “Cake by the Ocean” singer is being blamed for the many scathing reports accusing Turner of partying too hard and spending time away from their two daughters, 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine.
Jonas officially filed for divorce from the Game of Thrones actor on September 5. Days later, Turner sued Jonas for the immediate return of their daughters to England, where she claims the former couple had agreed to raise their kids.

Shortly thereafter, Jonas and Turner entered mediation in New York to attempt to work out a solution for the custody of their kids. On Tuesday, a day after Jonas’ Nashville performance, the former couple revealed they had reached an “amicable resolution” for the care of their kids.
“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK,” the pair said in a statement. “We look forward to being great co-parents.”
Jonas and Turner met and started dating in 2016 before tying the knot in 2019. While the exes have not yet spoken publicly about the reasons for their split, sources have implied they had different ideas of where to raise their kids and how to run their careers. Their marriage issues reportedly built up over the past year due to Jonas’ touring schedule and Turner’s desire to move home to England.
