Ever since Ivanka Trump announced her departure from politics back in Nov 2022, she’s more or less stuck to that. While she’s made quite a few appearances for her father Donald Trump, throughout 2023, she’s kept mostly out of the public eye — that is, until Kim Kardashian’s birthday bash.
While the Trump Card author evaded questions about her father’s trial, she did arrive in style, and partied it up with a bunch of other A-listers. This unexpected change of pace has made people speculate about her next steps, and journalist Vicky Ward thinks this move shows Ivanka’s next step back into the spotlight.
In her latest edition of Vicky Ward InvestigatesSubstack, she claimed Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner are gearing up for their next phase of life: being back in the public. Why does she think that? It’s mainly because of Ivanka’s trip to Kim’s party.
“What was most striking to me about her presence at the Kardashian birthday — was that she clearly wanted to be there. And vice versa,” Vicky said. “Kardashian and co happily posed for the cameras, arms around each other.”
Along with being pictured with Kim, she was pictured with Lauren Sanchez, among many others. Kim actually posted the photo in a series of pics from the party. On Oct 23, she shared the pics with the caption reading, “So blessed to have hit the jackpot of friends! I couldn’t have ever dreamed I would be so lucky to call these girls my friends ✨ thank you for all the birthday love ❤️ and Kourt I’m jumping in bed with you next week for our bed rest picnic 🎂.”
Now, Ivanka and Kim have been friends for years, so this could just be a simple outing to celebrate her friend. But Ward, among many others, believe it could be a sign that Ivanka is ready to return to the public eye, but for other reasons outside her political family.
