It was Joe Jonas, who filed for divorce from his estranged wife of four years, Sophie Turner, but he seems to have a strong opinion about her dating life even though they are separated. The 27-year-old actress was spotted making out with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson in Paris, but somebody doesn’t like that his soon-to-be ex-wife has moved on.
Jonas is reportedly telling friends that it’s “too soon” for Turner to be spotted in public with another man, according to The Daily Mail. Even though he claims to be keeping things civil behind the scenes by not “playing games,” he doesn’t have a say in the Game of Thrones star’s love life anymore. He wanted out and she is moving ahead without him. The boy bander is reportedly irked by Turner “gallivanting” around with a new man.
“What is important for Joe is the well-being of his kids and finishing the tour he is on with his brothers,” a Jonas insider told the media outlet. “He would be happy to find love again and do all of that, but that is not even close to what is on the top of his mind as he wants to get on with the divorce and get on with his life.” But you can sure tell Jonas is bugged by the romantic situation. “And if Sophie wants to gallivant and kiss whomever in public, he doesn’t really want to play those games,” they added.
Just because Jonas feels like it’s “too soon” for him, it doesn’t mean that Turner can’t have a little fun now that she’s suddenly single — especially when Brittany Mahomes is ready to fix her up with an NFL player. “If she is doing this to hurt him, she is not going to hurt him any more than she already has, he will get through it with his chin up,” the source summed up. Jonas has been playing up the media coverage to his advantage in this divorce, so that is probably what is at play now that Turner is kissing another man. Jonas should stay in his lane while Turner figures out the next stage of her personal life.
