Relationships can be hard, especially when you’re in the public eye. When Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly first came on the celebrity couple’s radar, people thought it was a perfect match for one another. Shocking, but it seemed to have worked for the PDA-filled couple. However, at the beginning of 2023, things seemed to have taken a turn.
It all started with an Instagram post from Fox that showed they were done, but weeks after, they were seen leaving therapy together and going on vacations. However, insiders claim that behind the scenes, they’re more on-and-off than ever, and it’s only gotten worse. Apparently, there has been “yet another big fight” that’s pausing their wedding plans.
“It’s always the same thing,” the insider said to OK about how the couple has more to work through before walking down the aisle. “They have severe trust issues in the relationship. It’s been rough, but [they’re] still trying to work through it. They have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues. Their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment. They are currently off, but still texting each other.”
Now, this news hasn’t changed from the update we got back in Aug 2023, where a close source told Us Weekly, “MGK and Megan were [both] in wedding planning mode when they first got together, but things have stalled.” They added that “no wedding date has been chosen and they aren’t actively looking at venues anymore.”(Wedding planning can be difficult, and it’s always a good move to strengthen your bond with the person you want to spend the rest of your life with!)
For those that don’t know, Fox and Kelly met back in 2020 on the film Midnight in the Switchgrass. They got together in June 2020, and by Jan 2022, Kelly proposed to Fox. However, in Feb 2023, Fox posted a cryptic Instagram post, along with unfollowing him and deleting posts of them together — which started the breakup rumors. Since then, there have been many updates on their “hot and cold” relationship.
