According to the Metro, the “Midnight Rain” singer is renovating a $12.5 million mansion in North London that has its own orangery, also known as a conservatory dedicated to making fruit trees. Isn’t that the coolest amenity ever?! We’re obsessed, to be honest.
The mansion was formerly owned by a politician, and it is filled with cool details like the orangery, a pool, and more. Plus, she’s said to be neighbors with Ricky Gervais, Keira Knightley, Liam Gallagher, and more! Talk about the coolest neighborhood in town!
Now, back to her other properties: Swift owns nearly an entire block of Tribeca for $47.7 million, a $17.75 million Rhode Island mansion, her properties in Nashville, and her multi-million dollar California mansion, per The New York Post.
And according to The Sun, the billionaire is reportedly searching for a mansion in Portugal, Spain, and Morrocco. So, she may be adding another mega-mansion to her portfolio soon, and we can’t wait to hear all the details.
