Jessica Simpson is heating up this chilly winter season with a reminder that those warm spring days are only months away. The 43-year-old fashion entrepreneur was showing off her latest swimsuit design from her Jessica Simpson Style collection, and she is sizzling hot.
Wearing the Eazy Zebra Plunge One-Piece in Black Multi from her line ($88), Simpson shared a snapshot that will have everyone running to buy the stunning design. The plunging V-neckline features gold hardware that elevates the swimsuit and gives it that luxurious feel. The silhouette with its gold-and-black print hugs Simpson’s gorgeous curves and shows off her toned, long legs with the cutouts on the side of her body. She added a pair of chic black sunglasses as her skin glowed in the golden light. And let’s not forget those sky-high gold platform heels!
While she joked in the caption, “THIRSTY,” in reference to her sun-kissed photo, Simpson is also celebrating her body transformation over the last few years after the birth of her daughter, Birdie in 2019. She was ready to put her health first. “I’ve been criticized, and it hurts, but I’ve been every weight and I’ve been proud of it,” she shared with Extra. “I decided, ‘Okay, everybody is going to talk about my weight all the time, I might as well make money off of it and turn it into a business of selling clothes and acceptance.’”
It wasn’t something that came easily to her, and she needed to the advice of experts to do it in a healthy way. “I needed to get my eating habits right. I feel like my old self before I had children and all the hormones going wild. I feel younger, actually,” Simpson added. With that major accomplishment, Simpson hopes to empower other people in their wellness journey while letting them know that all body sizes are beautiful.
