Right after sources claimed that Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas were on their way to Splitsville, saying that “they are definitely living separate lives,” they ever so subtly squashed those rumors. This time, they really proved they don’t live separate lives, and they are more in love than ever!
On Jan 6, the America’s Sweethearts star shared a series of photos from her and Douglas’s getaway to her Instagram. She shared the photos with the caption reading, “It’s been a while since I have seen the snow. East Coaster’s await the first snowfall in a few years. ❄️☃️❄️”
In the first photo, we see Zeta-Jones looking as chic and stunning as can be in the wintertime haven, followed by an adorable pic of her and Douglas in matching black ski ensembles. Not only are they sporty and stylish together, but they’re smiling from ear to ear, and reminding everyone that true love and Hollywood does exist.
Now, Zeta-Jones and Douglas are no strangers to the adorable full-family selfie. But this new snapshot proves that they’re not breaking up, they’re not just staying together for the kids; they are in love, and living their best lives (which we always love to see)!
The pair met back at the Deauville American Film Festival in France in August 1998, after being introduced to one another by Danny DeVito. They married two years later in Nov 2000, welcoming two children named Dylan, born in Aug 2000, and Carys, born in April 2003.
