It’s a big night on the red carpet for celebrities at the Golden Globes as their 2023 work is honored, but for Leonardo DiCaprio, it could mean a run-in with one of his age-gap ex-girlfriends. The 49-year-old actor, who is nominated for Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture for Killers of the Flower Moon, might cross paths with Camila Morrone, 26, the model-actress he was last in a serious relationship with.
Morrone is there representing her Amazon Prime show, Daisy Jones & The Six, which is up for Best Limited or Anthology Series or Television Film. It could be awkward if they do bump into each other on the red carpet or behind the scenes since DiCaprio has made quite a few headlines since their August 2022 breakup. He’s been linked to Morrone’s modeling peers including Gigi Hadid, and currently Vittoria Ceretti, who hasn’t been spotted at the awards show so far. Morrone appears to be single and not dating anyone at the moment.
The former duo did celebrate that Golden Globes together in January 2020 by attending the afterparties during his Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood award show run. At the time, an E! News source shared, “Cami was doing a lot of the talking. She’s very animated, and Leo was listening intently,” they noted, “Leo was hanging out with Cami a lot but they weren’t overly affectionate.”
DiCaprio better get used to Morrone being around A-list events because her star is on the rise in Hollywood — and the Golden Globes wasn’t the first event they’ve both been invited to. They were both in attendance at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles last fall. And according to the Daily Mail, there is some crossover in their personal lives because “they share custody of their dog,” Sally, and they still see each other “all the time.” So, maybe a Golden Globes run-in will be nothing but a sweet lap down memory lane.
