Sofia Vergara’s latest ensemble proves she can put an ultra-cool, daring spin on any trend she chooses.
On Jan 12, the Modern Family alum shared a series of showstopping photos of herself while promoting her new show Griselda. She shared the photos with the caption reading, “Today around London filming TAXI FOR… @netflix #griselda❤️.”
In the first photo, we see Vergara looking like a confident goddess as she rocks a black suit, paired with a sheer black button-down, a black floral pin, and a matching black lace bralette underneath. We then get a behind-the-scenes selfie from Vergara, along with a pic of the crew.
Now back to the suit! We’ve seen a bunch of chic, even colorful spins on the classic black suit look, but this one os by far one of the most stylish and daring. We love the classic silhouette of the suit, but the fun flairs of the sheer top and floral applique truly make it a showstopper. But let’s be real, did we expect anything less from Vergara?
In a previous, rare interview, Vergara talked to Home Business Magazine about her beauty icon status. “Well, it’s great that at this age I’m still considered a beauty icon because you know after you start feeling time goes by, things change,” she said. So of course, I love it, I think it’s great that I’m showing a little bit more of the Latin looks all over the world, I’m showing a little bit of my ethnicity off.”
