Yet again, people are wondering what the heck is going on between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton behind closed doors. Right when fans think one of them snubbed the other, they then do a subtle video together. And then, right after said video, insiders claim things aren’t exactly what they appear to be, allegedly. In fact, some close insiders have discussed their worries about their upcoming hectic schedules and how both of their priorities seemingly changed overnight.
“They’ve been spending a lot of time away from each other the past several months,” an insider told Life & Style. “It’s been frustrating. Their relationship of late has been a lot of texting and talking on the phone.”
Another insider said, “Gwen and Blake used to be inseparable, but that’s changed. Everyone loves them together, so hopefully, this is just a temporary thing.”
In 2024, Shelton will be focusing on his Back to the Honky Tonk tour in Feb, and his show Barmageddon, while Stefani will continue to work on new music, headline Coachella with No Doubt, and work on her makeup line.
Things change in relationships; sometimes you’re together all the time, and then other times, you work on your own careers and spend more time apart. It’s all a cycle, and many fans believe things are just fine with the two lovebirds behind closed doors.
For those who don’t know, the two have been dating since 2015 after meeting on The Voice, and nearly five years later, in Oct 2020, they got engaged. They later wed in the summer of 2021, when Shelton officially became stepdad to Stefani’s kids from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale named Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 9.
