It seems that one of Kate Middleton’s siblings is releasing a memoir. Any guesses?

No, it’s not Pippa Middleton, because James Middleton is the one releasing a memoir that is reminding many of another memoir that came out in 2023.

On March 8, James shared a video announcing his upcoming memoir. He said, “📘🐾I’m SO excited to announce I’ve written a book about my dear Ella 🐾 📘 Many of you have asked me over the years if I would ever write a book, when Ella passed I started writing all of our adventures and memories down as a way of processing the grief. I credit Ella to saving my life when I was eclipsed with Clinical depression, she introduced me to my wife, gave me purpose and loved me unconditionally. I know many of you have your own Ella’s or might be in need of one now and I hope this book will also help us to talk more openly about our mental health, our need for connection, and the way in which the animals that we think we are taking care are always looking after us in return.”

He added, “You can pre-order the book now and released on 26th September – the link on where to buy is in my bio (and yes signed copies are available ✍️ 📘I cannot wait to share it with you… 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤”

So Kate and Prince William have another thing in common: they both have brothers who’ve released memoirs! In the video, we see James talking about the book entitled Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life, showing off the first manuscript.

While the book will be released on Sept 26, 2024, we already know what it’s about: how his bond with his first dog, Ella, saved his life. It talks about the hard times he went through, how Ella saved him, and how they attended so many events together (and how Ella helped James meet his wife Alizee).

And speaking of Prince Harry’s memoir Spare, that memoir and James’ is wildly different with the subjects, but it is quite similar with the fact that both heavily touch on dealing with hard times and depression.
