At the Vanity Fair Oscar Party following the 2024 Oscars on March 10, many celebrity couples made their red carpet debut. From Chris Evans and Alba Baptista to Reneé Rapp and Towa Bird, many celebrities used the star-studded event to tell the world they’re happy and together.
However, one budding couple chose not to walk the carpet together and went in separately instead: Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr.
But, despite their decision not to make their red carpet debut yesterday, it seems like the two weren’t afraid to show everyone inside they were together. In one video obtained by TMZ, the reality star is seen playing with the NFL star as well as grabbing his face as if she’s going in for a kiss. And while they don’t actually kiss in the clip, it’s safe to say the two have a more-than-friends intimacy going on.
In addition to the footage inside the party, People spotted the two of them leaving the party together.
For the party, the pair looked like one fashionable duo. Kardashian wore an asymmetrical white strapless dress from Balenciaga while Beckham Jr. wore a black leather suit.
Prior to their not-so-private PDA, sources had explained why they had decided to keep things low-key for now.
“Kim really wanted to keep this romance private for two reasons: One is that he has a one-year-old son with his ex-Lauren Woods. They both wanted to avoid any speculation that he left Lauren for Kim — branding Kim a homewrecker,” the insider said to OK. As a reminder, Beckham Jr. was with his ex Lauren Wood from 2019 to 2023.
“The second reason is to avoid the backlash from Kanye,” the source continued of Kardashian’s ex, whom she split from in 2022. “After what Kanye put Pete Davidson through, Kim wants to avoid that at all costs. It is only a matter of time now before Kanye says something publicly, but he has no solid proof.”
So while these two might not be ready to hit the carpet just yet, maybe their recent PDA could mean that might be changing soon!
