Donald Trump Reportedly Played This Weird Prank on Tiger Woods’ Former Mistress

Donald Trump might have a weird sense of humor when it comes to pulling pranks because he allegedly thought it would be funny to pull a fast one on Rachel Uchitel. Uchitel, who is best known as Tiger Woodsmistress, believes that the former president was upset at her for refusing his invitation to join a season of his NBC show, The Apprentice

Uchitel tells the story in an upcoming episode of her podcast, Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel, via Page Six — and it’s quite the Mar-a-Lago tale. “He hired someone that was a Tiger Woods impersonator to walk around the room, and try and get a photo with me,” she shared. “I mean, how dumb, like, we’re talking about someone in, like, eighth grade.” The 49-year-old media personality was involved in the biggest scandal of Woods’ career when his infidelities were discovered by his then-wife, Elin Nordegren, in 2009. The PGA superstar had been an incredible ambassador for the sport, so the affair allegations made by multiple women, not just Uchitel, became fodder for the tabloids.

That’s when Donald Trump stepped into the fray. “He called me personally when I happened to be in the middle of my scandal and my name was the most famous name … probably in the world for a good hot minute,” Uchitel told guest Kathy Griffin on the podcast. What probably hurt Donald Trump’s feelings the most is that she decided to go on a competitor’s show. “I backed out and instead I went on Celebrity Rehab because I felt a connection with Dr. Drew,” Uchitel revealed while sharing that she thought aligning with Donald Trump’s show “felt like it was a bad idea.”

The former president then went to the media to say that he never invited Uchitel on The Apprentice and didn’t “even know” her. “What an a**hole. It was because I chose someone else over him,” she added. Of course, Donald Trump came crawling back with an invite to his Mar-a-Lago New Year’s Eve party — and that Tiger Woods impersonator. That’s quite an apology. (Sarcasm.)

Uchitel received a $5 million settlement and $1 million annually for three years in exchange for her silence about her affair with Woods, per The New York Times. She signed an NDA, but she decided to blow it all up by speaking about her relationship with the athlete for the HBO documentary, Tiger, in 2021. Woods and Nordegren divorced in 2010 and she was given a $750 million settlement.
