Back in 2023, Tori Spelling and her children jumped from place to place on a search for a permanent home. They jumped from their original home to motels, trailers, and finally, a swanky rental that cost nearly $15,000 a month in San Fernando Valley. However, neighbors of Spelling’s recently told DailyMail that there was a big reason why Spelling up and left the lavish five-bedroom, three-bath rental so suddenly: she allegedly trashed the place.
Neighbors said Spelling and her children vacated the home in a hurry on June 1, and the homeowner just gave so many details.
“It’s completely trashed,” the homeowner said, noting that a clean-up crew filled up a “big dumpster” several times to clear the house out.
Neighbors also told the outlet some details about the now allegedly trashed home. “Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back,” the neighbor said. “The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home. There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.”
Flashback to Feb 2024, she and her kids, and their pets moved into the swanky home; and fans were delighted. Apparently, Spelling reportedly handed over a $7,500 security deposit, further proving how nice this place was. But apparently, neighbors think she’ll have to doll out more for the alleged damages done.
The neighbor said, “I’d be shocked if that covered all the damages. It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to they way it was before she moved in.”
Almost instantly, the home was relisted online, but for nearly $2,000 more a month, proving something probably went down. It’s also unclear where Spelling is residing now.
