Lisa Bonet has had a blessing with the new hit show Life on Mars reviving her career. That is not the only blissful moment in her fall of 2008 — Bonet is expecting a baby!
The ex-wife of rocker Lenny Kravitz already has a daughter Zoe who is tearing up the scene making a name of her own as an actress.
And now, Bonet and her boyfriend, 29-year-old Jason Momoa, the actor who plays Ronon on Stargate Atlantis, announced October 16 that they are expecting their second child together.
Bonet admits she is already seven months into her pregnancy, and credits their 14-month-old — Lola Iolani Momoa, born in July 2007 — for keeping her active. The couple have been dating for over two years.
Bonet, who turns 41 in November, got her start in the entertainment business as one of the famous Cosby kids on Bill Cosby’s legendary 1980s sitcom. Her tumultuous marriage to Kravitz made headlines during that period and until recently, Bonet has pretty much stayed out of the spotlight.
First with her return to more visible acting roles, such as Life on Mars, and now with the announcement of her pregnancy, it looks like Bonet is back, and we wish this couple all the best!
