Michelle Obama wows Britain

Michelle Obama and President Obama completed their visit to Britain and the word from our Anglo cousins is they love Michelle! Even the tough British press have proclaimed her visit a triumph.

Michelle makes such a splash overseas that we cannot wait to see how she does when the First Couple arrives in France to meet with their President and First Lady who happens to be former supermodel Carla Bruni.

Now, why would the British Isles fall so head over heels for Michelle? Seriously? Who doesn’t like Michelle Obama?

She’s a strong woman, she’s classy, stylish, and such a good mom. And by the way, we so wish we had those arms. So is it any surprise the First Couple’s trip to Europe is less than stellar? Adored by photogs and international press, Michelle Obama is graciously embracing the spotlight overseas.

As President Obama is entrenched in the G-20 Summit, Michelle Obama’s presence overseas is her official introduction to Europe as our First Lady. So let’s talk about the fashions, shall we?

Michelle Obama wore an impeccable custom ivory tweed coat and a black Michael Kors dress.

When she left Air Force One, she reverted to Jason Wu (remember his Inaugural Ball gown?). This time the Jason Wu was an empire waist dress, topped with a belt and then a black Michael Kors coat. Seriously, can we hire her stylist?

Something tells us this woman just has a knack for putting it all together herself. In another outfit, Michelle wore J. Crew again with a hand beaded cardigan, tank top, and pencil skirt. This was the ensemble for her visit with Great Britain’s First Lady. (Are we really shocked the cardigan is sold out on J. Crew?)

What can we say, we heart Michelle.
