It’s five in the morning and I’m headed out the door on my way to Los Angeles. Normally, I would protest being up and about at such an insane hour but not today. I’m on my way to the set of the new
ABC Family comedy Ruby and the Rockits. What’s so special about that? It’s a Shaun Cassidy production starring his brothers Patrick and David Cassidy, that’s what!
I’ve been a Cassidy fan since I was a kid, watching Partridge Family with my older sisters then catching Hardy Boys fever when Shaun donned that satin baseball jacket and those skintight
pants. But Shaun’s become quite the powerhouse producer since his Da Do Run Run days. Generally known for darker works such as Invasion and American Gothic, this new series is
light and fun and full of music and I think you’re going to enjoy it. I’ll have more scoop for you as we get closer to the show’s premiere.

Big Brother 11
It’s eviction time at the Big Brother house. Over on the CBS boards the majority are calling for Braden to go home…then again, they think Chima is annoying…but Braden’s not a very
nice guy and…hmmm…looks like this race is too close to call.

So You Think You Can Dance
It’s also elimination night for two dancers and it’s really tough now. A couple of dancers really benefited from the new pairing, but others, not so much. And remember, it is America’s Favorite
Dancer, not necessarily the best dancer so at this point, personality and star quality really count. It’s going to be a nail biter.

She’s Got the Look
It’s not enough to look good, one has to be able to juggle, too — metaphorically speaking. Tonight the ladies are put to the working mom test to see who is best at multitasking.
