What it’s about: Roald Dahl penned the children’s book and Anderson’s film attempts to capture his world. As such, Anderson insisted his actor’s work in the
real world and be recorded as such as – opposed to having Streep, Clooney and company in a state-of-the-art recording studio on one coast or another.

A family of foxes living together is the premise of the film, but it also reflects the way in which it was made. Anderson’s gift is taking words, combining with emotions and the visual to
achieve the utmost powerful scene possible. With an arsenal of animation at his fingertips and a cast of Oscar-winners, Fantastic Mr Fox should be fantastic, indeed.
