LeAnn Rimes has announced she is divorcing husband Dean Sheremet.
Shocking no one, Rimes announced the split from her husband of seven years on
her website.
“After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane (the spelling of his given name) and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage,” she wrote.
“This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support it is deeply appreciated.”
Rimes’ lover and former costar Eddie Cibrian filed for divorce from his very bitter soon-to-be-ex-wife Brandi Glanville on August 24. “Eddie
and LeAnn deserve each other,” Glanville says.
After months of denying the affair to their spouses and the public — despite being caught by photographers sneaking out on dates and making out in the street – Rimes and Cibrian seemed perfectly comfortable together on a very public romantic vacation in Cabo San Lucas at the end of August.
Perhaps Cibrian plans to pay for the trip with the spousal support he asked for in his divorce papers?
