All About Steve
Stars: Sandra Bullock, Bradley Cooper, Thomas Hayden Church
What it’s about:Sandra Bullock hopes to continue her hot streak with the release of All About
Steve, a comedy of manic proportions. Bullock portrays a stalker, that’s what she is, who pursues Bradley Cooper’s cable news camera man across the country. The film also stars
Thomas Hayden Church and here’s betting that at the least, Bullock and Cooper will have great chemistry.
SheKnows movie fact:All About Steve was filmed before a single frame of The Hangover was shot. The fact
that Bullock had to fight for Cooper to be cast now makes perfect sense.
Gamer
Stars: Gerard Butler, Amber Valetta, Michael C. Hall, Kyra Sedgwick, John Leguizamo
What it’s about:Gerard Butler and Amber Valetta bring the game world to the big screen, but
Gamer is not a video game movie, per se. Mind-control technology has taken society by storm and as a billionaire (Hall) invents a new game that will allow millions to live out their
fantasies — as positive or negative as they may be.
Butler portrays Kable, the star of Hall’s brainchild — an ultra-violent first person shooter game. Kable is controlled by Simon, a young gamer with rock star status who continues to defy all
odds by guiding Kable to victory each week. Taken from his family, imprisoned and forced to fight against his will, Butler’s gladiator for a new generation must escape the game to free the
world from Hall’s evil technology.
SheKnows movie fact: This is Butler’s second film in three months. He and Katherine Heigl headlined The Ugly Truth.

Extract
Stars: Jason Bateman, Mila Kunis, Kristen Wiig, Ben Affleck
What it’s about: Jason Bateman employs an odd cast of losers, loners and misfits in his flavor extract factory. Known as the “Extract King,” Bateman’s Joel
Reynold is in a loveless marriage and confides in his bartender/friend Dean (Affleck) and before he knows it is involved in a scheme to get his wife to cheat on him with a dim-witted gigolo
(Milligan) allowing him to pursue Kunis’ Cindy. Only problem, Cindy is a con artist and all-around sociopath.
SheKnows movie fact:Extract is from writer-director Mike Judge, better known for his TV work on Beavis and Butt-Head and King of the Hill. But, Judge is also a cult star in the film world from his most popular live action film, Office Space.
Up next… Jennifer Connelly is on cloud 9, Kate Beckinsdale suffers a Whiteout and Rumer Willis survives Sorority Row.
